Terms and Conditions for E-Learning Training

Welcome to MOSIHLE (PTY) LTD’s e-learning training program. By enrolling in our training courses, you agree to the following terms and
conditions:
- Payment Terms
1.1 Training confirmation will only be processed upon receipt of full payment of the training fees.
1.2 Payment must be completed prior to the training start date to ensure your place in the course. - Learner Responsibilities
2.1 Learners are required to upload a copy of their ID on the day of training for certificate generation purposes.
2.2 It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure they have access to a stable Wi-Fi network during the training session to facilitate seamless
participation. - Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled training date will incur an 8% forfeiture of the amount already paid.
3.2 Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled training date will incur a 14% forfeiture of the amount already paid.
3.3 Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled training will incur a 100% forfeiture of the training fees already paid. - Certification
4.1 A Certificate of Completion will be issued to learners upon successful completion of the training course.
4.2 In the event a learner is deemed Not Yet Competent, they must arrange with MOSIHLE (PTY) LTD for a rebooking of training, which will
be subject to full payment. - General Provisions
5.1 MOSIHLE (PTY) LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
5.2 By enrolling in the training program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Term s and
